Jan van Nassaustraat — roof edge and gutter
The Hague

A building with decorative brickwork in the façade and a deep overhang. That overhang is exactly the part that can never be reached from the ground, and so it is usually the part left the longest.
From the scaffolding the woodwork under the roof edge was cleaned, sanded and put back in white. The gutter went along in the same visit — it is standing there anyway, and a second scaffold costs many times what the work itself costs.
